Incidence of stroke has risen in young adults under 45 years of age globally. In this case series, we present three cases of stroke in young adults without pre-existing medical conditions. Our first case is a 43-year-old female cruise line employee from Thailand who experienced dizziness and loss of consciousness following a fall 8 days prior, revealing an acute left cerebellar stroke on CT scan. The second case involves a 42-year-old male from the Philippines, with no significant medical history, transferred from Bermuda after being found unresponsive on a cruise ship, with CT brain imaging showing right basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage. The third case is a 22-year-old male from Pakistan presenting with a two-day history of severe occipital headache, vomiting, and confusion, revealing intracerebral hemorrhage in the right occipital lobe on CT scan. Discussion focuses on the rising incidence of strokes in young adults, regional disparities, risk factors, and the need for tailored interventions. This review emphasizes the importance of ongoing research and increased awareness and high index of suspicion to improve outcomes in this vulnerable population, particularly among Asians, aiming to mitigate the devastating impact of strokes in this age group.
