Abstract

In this paper, we examine the problem of state estimation for a class of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy complex dynamical networks (CDNs) with packet dropouts, time-varying coupling delays and multiple weights. The primary goal of the problem is to develop a finite-time dissipative filter using resilient approach that can handle potential gain perturbations and incomplete measurements, ensuring the fuzzy rule-dependent filter system of T-S fuzzy CDN achieves the desired strictly (L, H, V)−ρ dissipative performance attenuation level. In terms of the stochastic theory and fuzzy model technique, some criteria are forwarded to ensure the stochastic stability and strict dissipative performance for T-S fuzzy CDNs. Lastly, a numerical example illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed filter design method.
