In order to study the optimal growth environment of barley grass in a plant factory, this paper designed an experimental Barley Grass Plant Factory (BGPF) environmental control system with five elements of light, temperature, water, air and fertilizer as the core. Through the coordinated work of LED fill light, air conditioning, irrigation system and ventilation system, the automatic and precise control of the growth environment of barley grass is realized. The experimental results show that the lighting in the facility is controllable and adjustable, the temperature is controlled within the current target temperature of 1.25℃, the humidity value of atomized water and fertilizer is concentrated above 90%, and the CO2 concentration is controlled within a reasonable range (700-1000ppm), which proves the reliability of the plant factory. It not only provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the large-scale cultivation of barley grass, but also provides a scientific basis for the further promotion and application of plant factory technology.
