The study examines the interplay of Parental Bonding, Emotional Intelligence, Self Esteem and Academic Performance among College students. A sample of 300 college students (150 males and 150 females) participated in the research, with data collected through online survey. Standardized scales were employed to assess parental bonding, emotional intelligence, self-esteem and academic performance. The results demonstrate strong correlations between emotional intelligence, self-esteem, and academic performance, with parental bonding playing a crucial foundational role in shaping emotional and self-conceptual characteristics. Regression analysis identifies emotional intelligence and self-esteem as the most significant predictors of academic success. These findings underscore the pivotal influence of family dynamics and emotional factors in promoting academic achievement during young adulthood. Future research should focus on exploring causal relationships and examining the influence of cultural and socio-economic factors on academic success.
