Abstract

Online survey platforms such as GoogleForms, SurveyMonkey, and Typeform are widely adoptedfor data collection across education, healthcare, and marketresearch. However, recent studies highlight gaps incustomization, response rate consistency, data privacy, andaccessibility, hindering their effectiveness for diverse users. This paper introduces "SurveyPlus," a novel platformdesigned to address these deficiencies through advancedcustomization, real-time analytics, robust privacy features, and cost-free access tailored to varied needs. Insights from18 studies (2019–2024) identify key shortcomings in existingtools, informing the methodology for SurveyPlus to enhanceuser engagement, data security, and scalability. Simulationresults indicate that SurveyPlus could improve responserates by 20% and user satisfaction by 35% compared tocurrent platforms. This work proposes a forward-lookingsolution to meet modern survey demands, bridging criticalgaps and establishing a new standard for usability andeffectiveness in digital data collection.
