We reported two cases who struggled with recurrent implantation failure and eventually achieved a second pregnancy success by following the recommendations of the Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA) test which was performed more than 4 years ago. Our reports indicate the long-term reproducibility and effectiveness of ERA in guiding personalized embryo transfer, even after a significant period following the initial biopsy and subsequent livebirth.
