This study aimed to determine the influencet of leadership commitment and organizational culture on the implementation of good governance in Improving the Quality of Financial Information Systems. The research sample was 126 people spread across four representative districts/cities, Samsat (One-stop Administrative System), and the West Java Province Regional Revenue Agency The results of the study indicated that there was a positive and significant influence of leadership commitment on the implementation of good governance in the West Java Province Regional Revenue Agency. Moreover, there was a positive and significant influence of the implementation of good governance on the quality of the financial information system in the West Java Province Regional Revenue Agency. In addition, there was a commitment that affected the quality of the financial information system and had a significant impact on the implementation of good governance in the West Java Province Regional Revenue Agency. So Organizational Culture affects the quality of the financial information system and has a significant impact on the implementation of good governance in the West Java Province Regional Revenue Agency.
