Abstract

Ground Laser Scanning (TLS) is a reliable tool for high-precision structural deformation monitoring. Reinforced concrete and masonry structures require deformation monitoring to meet high safety requirements. As a result, it is important to monitor deformation and assess the safety of these structures against damage. It is desirable to predict the load displacement of the structure in terms of elastic and inelastic responses. For structures, measurements based on ground laser scanning technology are performed. This research work presents a comparison of the initial and optimized point cloud. The surface uncertainty of various orders is investigated by covering the surface approximation measurement area. Based on ground laser scanning measurements, the results of the structure surface are correlated with the test results and are monitored by subtracting them from the deformation calculation.
