Abstract

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a rare cause of acute coronary syndrome often requiring either conservative management or intervention. This case describes a 49-year-old woman with recurrent SCAD who developed a spiral dissection of the left circumflex artery during PCI, necessitating multiple stents. It highlights the challenges of SCAD, including dissection propagation. The report emphasizes procedural caution and tailored care to improve outcomes in high-risk SCAD patients.
