Abstract

Supply chain management is the process of managing the flow of goods or services produced, from the ordering of materials to the delivery of the final product to consumers. The primary goal of this research paper is to examine the research performance of supply chain management in the areas of fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy set, and neutrosophic fuzzy set techniques. It also attempts to identify the most productive journals and countries in relation to the quantity of publications and the impact of citations.Additionally, the study uses “co-word cluster network analysis” for identifying the thematic evolution of this research globally across successive periods.Between 2004 and 2023, a total of 4081 papers were retrieved and examined from WoS. Through the use of strategic diagrams, keyword overlapping maps, and theme maps, the study also quantified and visualized the distribution and influence at different times. The results of this study will be helpful in developing future research strategies that focus on expanding operation research’s global reach.
