Multi-criteria decision making process is one of the fastest growing areas during the last decades depending on the changing in the business sector.Multi Criteria Decision Making is most important branch of Operation Research by which people take their complex decision daily life. There are many MCDM tools are modeled by so many researchers. The major steps in decision making approach are choosing of the most preferred alternative to the decision maker, then ranking alternatives in order of importance for selection problems and finally screening alternatives for the final decision. Unfortunately, the numerous criterions, alternatives and goals make the process of choosing among several applicants is very complex and confusing in decision making process. The decision making environment is often surrounded by inconsistency and uncertainty. One of the techniques used to support decisions in uncertain environments is the neutrosophic AHP .Our proposed neutrosophic sets allows paraconsistent, dialetheist and incomplete information to be characterised in subsets which can be used to distinguish between relativity and absoluteness.Using manual systems for customer selection include disadvantages such as data inconsistencies, time consuming, cost, and invalid data etc., .In this paper a case study on smart village in Cario Egypt is developed based on decision maker’s recommendations. Our proposed model shows that the personnel selection problem can be improved by using neutrosophic AHP .
