Abstract

The paper analyzes the energy spectra (ES) of cosmic ray (CR) nuclei H, Ne, Si, Fe in the energy range from E = 1 MeV nucleon-1 to 1000 MeV nucleon-1. The calculated values of the ES are compared with experimental data obtained from the GOES and ACE spacecraft over 7 years of operation. A new effect has been discovered in near-Earth space: a bend in the energy spectrum of nuclei in the energy range from 8 to 50 MeV nucleon-1. A possible mechanism for the complex influence of space factors on CR fluxes in near-Earth space is discussed.
