Abstract

Part I introduces the central premise of the Lugon Framework: that information can exist and evolve without energy exchange while remaining fully consistent with relativity and quantum mechanics. By formalizing a sequestered informational domain (ℚ) that coexists with the energetic spacetime domain (ℝ), the paper constructs a dual-geometry universe in which structured information propagates through its own metric cone—superluminal in appearance but non-energetic and causally self-contained. Variation of the informational action shows that ℚ-domain dynamics generate curvature without stress–energy, yielding an invariant conservation law for total informational capacity. This foundation allows later parts of the framework to reinterpret gravity, entropy, and cosmology as feedback processes maintaining balance between the two domains. The result is a logically consistent basis for unifying physical law under informational invariance rather than force.
