Abstract

Smart drug delivery systems represent a transformative paradigm in modern pharmacology, aimed at enhancing medical efficacy, reducing systemic side effects, and distributing medicines in a site-specific and controlled manner. This review consolidates the latest progression in liposomal technologies, polymrich nanops and programmable lipid systems that provide mechanical accuracy in targeted therapy. Integration of pH-nine and peglated nanopartanes allows selective release in tumor microement, significantly improves bioavailability and reduces toxicity. Magnetic microobots and nanotechnology are now emerging as active navigational equipment for drug distribution in hard-to-wheel areas, providing new opportunities in minimal invasive remedies. In parallel, versatile platforms such as prronioms and the effectal systems improve drug stability, patient compliance, and fruitment flexibility. In addition, bioyspard innovations such as mimicing of external vesicles mimic the physical transport system and make extraordinary promises for clinical translation due to their bio -diagnosis and targeting capacity. Safety and scalability remains important for regulatory acceptance, which induced integrated approaches related to biological, engineering and clinical science. 25 By analyzing the developments prepared from recent and relevant studies, this paper offers a comprehensive perspective on the current trends, challenges and future instructions in the field of smart nanocareer and bioinized drug delivery platforms. The collective insight provides a roadmap towards more efficient, safe and patient-specific medical strategies.
