Abstract

Dynamic Universal Time Physics (DUTP) proposes a foundational redefinition of time as a scalar field that evolves uniformly and independently of matter or motion. This universal time field governs frame-based evolution and is distinct from local time distortions caused by gravity, motion, photon delay, and quantum decoherence. We demonstrate the theory’s consistency and predictiveness through updated equations, experimental comparison with attosecond entanglement data, and mathematical rigor. DUTP offers a generalization beyond relativity, preserving its successes while resolving temporal asymmetry, coherence decay, and the limits of spacetime-based model.
