This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of blended learning implementation in improving students' English language skills in secondary schools in Indonesia. Using a qualitative research design and case study approach, this study involved five schools that have implemented the blended learning model. Data were collected through interviews with teachers and students, classroom observations, and analysis of learning documents. The results showed that blended learning had a positive impact on students' English language skills, with significant improvements in pre-test and post-test scores, especially in schools with better technological infrastructure. Factors that influenced the success of this model included technological readiness, teacher training, and the level of student engagement in the learning process. However, the main challenge found was the inequality of access to technology, especially in areas with limited digital infrastructure. Nevertheless, this study recommends improving digital infrastructure and more intensive training for teachers to optimize the implementation of blended learning throughout Indonesia. These findings contribute to the understanding of how technology can be utilized to improve the quality of English language learning in secondary schools, as well as providing insights for the development of education policies that support the integration of technology in learning.
