Background/Objectives: Due to the limited number of studies on craniosacral therapy in infants with developmental delay (DD) and its potential additive role in rehabilitation, this study aimed to compare the effectiveness of Vojta therapy alone versus its combination with craniosacral therapy in infants with DD. Methods: This was an observational, retrospective, preliminary study. Infants aged 1–6 months were included if baseline and 6-month follow-up data were available to assess disease severity. Effectiveness was evaluated by comparing changes in postural reaction scores after 6 months of therapy. Results: The groups did not differ significantly in baseline characteris-tics, including maternal age at delivery, birth weight, duration of breastfeeding, APGAR score, gestational age, or age at therapy initiation. In the Vojta-only group, 21 infants (65.62%) showed improvement, compared to 18 infants (76.47%) in the Vojta plus craniosacral therapy group. The difference was statistically significant (p = 0.01781), with an odds ratio for improvement of 9.42 (95% CI: 0.10–4.38; p = 0.04). Conclusions: These preliminary findings suggest that adding crani-osacral therapy to standard Vojta rehabilitation may improve outcomes in infants with DD over a six-month period. Further randomized controlled studies are needed to confirm these results.
