Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies have the potential to transform education by creating immersive, interactive, and engaging learning experiences. However, adopting these technologies in developing countries like Nepal faces significant challenges, including limited infrastructure, high costs, and insufficient teacher training. This study provides the definitions and technologies of AR and VR comparing both advantages. It examines factors that influence AR/VR integration, such as infrastructure, teacher training, cost, and cultural relevance. The findings reveal a significant digital divide. The study recommends strategies for policymakers, educators, and developers to promote equitable and sustainable AR/VR integration. It tries to find the uses, challenges in other developed country who used the technology.
