European mountain regions face significant economic and demographic challenges, yet the arts, culture, and entertainment sectors offer substantial potential for their revitalization. This study examines entrepreneurial trends in the creative industries within European mountain regions between 2021 and 2035 through a quantitative approach based on statistical data from 15 European countries. Using 28 relevant indicators and statistical models such as multiple regressions and ARIMA, the research proposes an analytical framework to understand the evolution of this sector in mountain regions, considering the diversification of the local economy and the promotion of sustainable tourism. The study highlights the importance of the cultural sector in strengthening local identity and attracting tourism, identifying development directions and specific challenges. Additionally, a scalable and reproducible methodology is proposed for evaluating this phenomenon, which can contribute to the formulation of sustainable economic and cultural policies tailored to the specificities of mountain regions. Ultimately, the research suggests that despite volatility, cultural entrepreneurship can serve as a crucial tool for the economic and social development of these marginalized areas.
