Developing and validating a Health Education app for the Oral Health Team in Primary Care. This is a methodological study with a quantitative approach, conducted in three stages: Literature Review, Product Development, and Validation. The validation took place in a virtual environment and was carried out by judges, categorized as: (1) content experts and (2) information and communication experts. Data analysis was performed using the Content Validation Index (CVI) and the Likert Scale, considering items with a value of 0.78 or higher as valid. The app underwent validation by 20 judges. A total of 385 potential experts were invited, including 66 content experts and 319 technology and communication experts. After all invitation and response procedures, the final sample consisted of 13 content experts and 7 technology and communication experts. The responses validated all 22 evaluated content items, with 8 reaching the maximum average CVI (1.0), and 15 information and communication technology items, with 13 achieving the maximum average CVI. The app stands out as an innovation, validated by experts, in the field of Oral Health Education in Primary Care, integrating evidence-based content and functionalities.
