Abstract

The food you eat is both the disease and the cure. Have you ever considered that you might be the reason you bring illness upon yourself? It all comes down to choosing foods that suit your health and condition, and understanding your body's needs and requirements. Many diseases share similar symptoms. Your self-treatment begins with your choice of identifying the symptom or disease. In this scientific research, we will discuss Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), its types, and how it affects nutrient absorption. We will then explore how the nervous system is affected by nutrient deficiencies. The body is an interconnected network; when one part malfunctions, it negatively impacts another part or the function of a specific system, as is the case with IBS. IBS primarily arises from nervous disorders and dietary imbalances. These are the two main factors that contribute to the development of IBS. It is called "nervous" because it is linked to nervous states. The more anxiety and stress increase, the more the intestines become disturbed and unable to function properly. Spicy foods exacerbate the problem, as the stomach lining is sensitive when you are experiencing nervous tension and stress. Eating foods containing oils, spices, and sauces worsens the situation. However, taking sedatives that help calm the nervous system and soothe the stomach lining will improve the symptoms. Consequently, when the symptoms worsen, the body begins to... Diarrhea, vomiting, or constipation are symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and its various forms. Diarrhea leads to the loss of fluids rich in vitamins and minerals, as does vomiting. This results in the loss of essential elements like vitamin B12 and vitamin D, which are crucial for the nervous system and nerve impulses to function properly. A deficiency in these vitamins affects the nerves, potentially leading to neurological disorders. While IBS may seem simple, given its prevalence, research has shown that it impacts many bodily processes, ultimately affecting the nervous system. It's not easy for something seemingly minor to develop into a more serious problem. Therefore, herbal remedies and a suitable diet tailored to each individual and their specific type of IBS or bowel inflammation are essential to prevent the condition from worsening, Therefore, I hope this research will provide a solution to treat a small problem before it grows and causes more symptoms, as medication is not a permanent cure. Lifestyle changes, thinking about modifying your eating habits, and understanding your body's needs and requirements are important and should be pursued by everyone.
