Abstract

This companion paper applies the AM-Regulator as a fixed mathematical structure to physical theory. Without modifying the underlying formalism, the author shows how geometric, spectral, statistical, and dynamical laws arise as constrained degeneracy projections. Regime change, saturation, and scale dependence emerge naturally from the same regulated accumulation principle. [6][7] No new physical laws are proposed; instead, admissibility itself is regulated.
