Abstract

The author presents a concise study of pulsars and Magnetars employing the Refined Spectral–Geometric Additive–Multiplicative (AM) Regulator. Analyzing 50 pulsars and 50 magnetar bursts, the author demonstrates systematic improvements in signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) and coherence metrics, revealing sub-threshold events otherwise obscured in conventional processing. Application to Milky Way magnetic field mapping reveals enhanced structural recovery. These results underscore the potential of the AM-Regulator in addressing challenges inherent to radio astronomy, including large datasets, intermittent transients, and incomplete detection, while adhering to strict methodological restraint.
