"This paper explores the speculative potential of positron–silicon interactions as a basis for quantum bit (qubit) realization. While positron annihilation spectroscopy (PAS) is traditionally used for defect characterization in semiconductors, we propose a layered framework in which positron-based diagnostics and positronium-like states may contribute to qubit formation, coherence enhancement, or quantum sensing. Drawing from recent advance in silicon-based spin and charge qubits, we examine how positron–electron dynamics, defect mapping, and material purity validation could be integrated into quantum computing approaches.
